This quiet village feel with bowery Lontar leaves, coconut and banana trees. The atmosphere of a peaceful village feel, hear a voice from far away crowing chickens and dogs that bark. It’s time to stop rotating in here. It may be just coming to our village this plainness harass them and play the hour hand more quickly and to bring them to the XXI century unconsciously. Certainly very difficult for the King and the people Boti to maintain the tradition with the amount of pressure from the modern world.
Travel to the Boti can be in about two hours from So’e, capital of Timor Tengah Selatan. Winding roads, up and down the mountain limestone. Only half way we can enjoy the street asphalt rest so that the stone street-make shaky
Along the way go to Boti, we can see panoramic view, dry and barren. Course, the earth Timor since some time has been no rain drabble. Even so, the atmosphere is peaceful, with the last wave coconut tree rows of palms and papyrus are resistant to natural dry like this in East Timor.
Difficult to be that some time ago, part of the island into war event. Its impact is still visible when we pass from the colony of East Timor city of Kupang on the outside. And apparently the security on the border of East Timor and West Timor affect tourism in the West.
Done Boti visit from the village, visitors must go back through the dusty streets and intricate, but this time the trip will vary because we bring a strong impression akan smoothness and peacefulness of the village Boti.
